rainfall feature separate sinks modern treadmills
The shower have a rainfall feature I adored. The room had two sinks, and this was great. I found the gym have three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

staff were excellent. I did love the attentive service. every little detail was so perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
i think the gym is very basic. it seems small for such a beautiful place. this was a little disappointing.

stuck air conditioning poor breakfast selection
The room's air conditioning seemed stuck. I could not adjust the temperature. The maintenance staff came to look at it, but the issue persisted . the breakfast in the Palm Court was not great. There was a queue to get in. The food selection could be better for this hotel level. It reminded me of the Club Lounge had more options.

Really good service and luxury!

My room was a superior twin. It had two comfortable twin beds. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The fitness center features several cardio machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
I noticed the in-room dining menu seemed somewhat limited. I think additional options would improve it. I also found the waiting times a little long.

Really good service and luxurious stay
early check-in pleasant smell
I am a repeat guest, and every visit has been special. Rodrigo at the reception was able to find a great room for me and allowed me to check in early. It was an unexpected plus. The service was perfect, and i loved the amazing ambiance and pleasant smell throughout THE hotel.
i faced an issue with the air conditioning system in the bedroom. Even after turning it off, the system continued to make noise. I was told this was a common problem throughout the hotel, and nothing could be done about it, disappointing.

a decent stay overall
friendly staff perfect location cold room inedible food
the staff at the hotel were really nice, especially the doorman who looked like travis kielce. the location was perfect for shopping, a real bonus for me. i really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, it.
The room was really cold when i checked in, even the bathroom. the team did try to fix it, but it took over 24 hours. it was not the best experience. I wish it was fixed right away. in-room dining was also a letdown. breakfast was almost inedible, that was bad.
